How territory protection works
One contractor per market
Every territory is assigned exclusively to one contractor. The moment your market is approved, it is closed to all other contractors in our network. No exceptions for volume, relationships, or revenue.
Homeowners are never distributed
Every homeowner entering your pipeline is verified before delivery and sent exclusively to you. They did not submit a form that went to four contractors simultaneously. That single decision changes every downstream metric.
Markets fill and stay closed
We do not hold territories open to create false urgency. When a market is assigned, it is closed. We will tell you clearly whether your territory is available — and if it is not, we will discuss adjacent markets honestly.
