This site is intended for home improvement contractors and business professionals evaluating Kanvasser's verified demand network. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.

You may not use this site to:

• Submit false or misleading information in a territory application
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this site without written permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of this site

Territory Applications

Submitting a territory application through this site does not guarantee territory access, a business relationship, or any commitment on the part of Kanvasser. All applications are reviewed at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason without obligation to provide explanation.

Territory assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of approval. A territory is not considered assigned until both parties have entered into a written agreement.

Service Terms

The specific terms governing any business relationship between you and Kanvasser — including lead delivery, territory exclusivity, pricing, attribution windows, and performance obligations — are set forth in a separate written agreement executed between the parties. These Terms of Service govern your use of this site only and do not constitute a service agreement.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a separately executed agreement, the separately executed agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including copy, design, layout, logos, and branding — is the property of SocMedia Digital Management LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written consent.

The Kanvasser name, logo, and mark are proprietary to SocMedia Digital Management LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
